Tyler Harding (he/him) is a passionate theatre educator and director dedicated to helping young artists find their voice both on and off the stage. For the past nine years, he has worked as a teaching artist with Starting Arts in San Jose and Inside Broadway in New York City, bringing theatre education to students of all backgrounds.

He has directed, choreographed, and music directed a wide range of children’s productions, including Frozen, Aladdin, Shrek the Musical, Seussical, SpongeBob the Musical, and Alice in Wonderland. Tyler also served as Recital Director for CMTSJ’s Musical Theatre Camp, where he helped shape a supportive and exciting performance experience for hundreds of young performers.

Tyler holds a degree from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and has served as the Drama Program Director at St. Francis De Sales in Rockaway, NY for three years. As Artistic Director of Rosetint Community Theatre, he is thrilled to help build a program that inspires creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of theatre.

Sarah Weynand (she/her) is a CT-certified English and Theatre educator, writer, and theatre artist. She earned her B.A. in English from Wilkes University, where she also completed three and a half years of concentrated coursework in the university’s B.F.A. Musical Theatre program. She later earned both her M.F.A. in Creative Writing, with a concentration in poetry, and her M.A.T. in English Education from Southern Connecticut State University. Sarah is certified by the Connecticut State Department of Education to teach English in grades 4–12 and Theatre & Drama in grades Pre-K-12.

Sarah has presented her scholarship and educational work at several regional and university conferences, including the Master’s in English Regional Conference: New England and Southern Connecticut State University’s Graduate Research and Creativity Conference. Her work as an educator has included secondary English instruction, curriculum development, differentiated and inclusive teaching, college-access mentoring through ConnCAP, facilitating creative writing opportunities for young adults experiencing homelessness, and performing arts programming for students from elementary through high school.

Across the classroom, stage, and writing workshop, she is passionate about helping young people become confident storytellers, thoughtful communicators, and advocates for themselves and their communities.

Eden Summer (she/they) is a theatre educator from Long Beach, California. In 2025, she relocated to New Haven where she currently works as an early childhood educator. Eden has taught children’s theatre and dance since 2018, with an emphasis in ballet and musical theatre. In 2024, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from California State University of Long Beach, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in K-12 Performance Art Education at Pace University.
